Overview
Metals and Miners uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this website, which content is useful, and where important website journeys can be improved.
Analytics is limited to aggregate website behavior. We do not send Google email addresses, company tickers entered by members, report identifiers, secure survey tokens, survey answers, authentication details, or other form contents.
Information collected through analytics
When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may collect information such as viewed pages, approximate location, browser and device characteristics, referral or campaign information, visit duration, scrolling, and interactions with navigation, content, videos, forms, and outbound links.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to distinguish browsers and sessions. Advertising personalization, remarketing, Google Signals, and user-ID tracking are not enabled by this website.
Purpose and retention
We use this information to measure audience engagement, improve site structure and content, understand newsletter and MineVantage interest, and assess the aggregate MineVantage beta journey. Google Analytics event data is configured for a 14-month retention period.

Private and submitted information
Administrative pages, APIs, and secure report downloads are excluded from analytics. Private-beta and survey pages use generalized page names, and analytics events record only steps such as a successful report request or completed survey section—not the associated member, report, ticker, token, questions, or answers.
Information intentionally submitted for authentication, report generation, or surveys is handled separately from Google Analytics and is used to provide those requested services.
Your analytics choice
You can disable or re-enable Google Analytics for this browser at any time. Disabling removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and prevents future analytics events from this browser.
